The Effect of Quality of Work Life on the Career Plateau of Sport Teachers

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of quality of work life on the career plateau of sport teachers in Zanjan province. The research method is applied and descriptive-correlation by field method. 130 sport teachers of the province (80 females, 50 males) randomly stratified answered to the questionnaires of quality of work life Walton (1973) and career plateau Milliman (1992) with acceptable validity and reliability. Data analysis was performed at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics using Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Pearson correlation and Regression tests in SPSS software. The results showed that the quality of work life and its subscales have an impact on the career plateau of sport teachers in Zanjan province. Therefore, paying more attention to the quality of work life of sport teachers can by reducing their career plateau in a dynamic and purposeful organizational path.
