Review and analysis of strategies to achieve individual and social peace With an approach to the Quran and the Bible

The emergence of religion in individual and social dimensions has many desirable effects. Basically, religion has emerged to develop the quality of life of individuals and to elevate human society. One of the examples of achieving the flourishing of personality that is achieved through the application of religion in society is achieving peace of mind. Many verses in the Qur'an and the Bible deal with this issue and acquaint its audience with the components of inner peace. In this research, with reference to library sources and qualitative interpretive methods, the proposed approaches in relation to achieving peace from the perspective of religion with an approach to the Qur'an and the Bible have been studied and explored. The results of the research show that the common aspects of achieving peace in these two books are: "recourse and faith in God", "self-knowledge" and "prayer and supplication with God". In all the moral advice in this book, the concept of peace is tied to God. This shows that peace is a spiritual phenomenon from the point of view of Islam and Christianity. In addition, it was found that the main individual and social manifestation of achieving inner peace is hope for life.
