Sociological study of the effect of social classes and social media on social cohesion (Case study; Andimeshk city)

The purpose of sociological analysis is to investigate impact of social classes and social media on social cohesion among citizens of Andimeshk in 2019-2021. The survey method is descriptive and explanatory. The statistical population of the study included all citizens aged 15 to 65 years living in Andimeshk, which was calculated by calculating the Cochran's formula to 384 people. Findings showed that according to the results of path analysis, the total effect of social class variable on social cohesion variable was 0.382 and the total effect of social media variable on social cohesion variable was / 356. The level of significance of the social media and cyberspace variables is equal to 0.000 and the level of significance (social classes) for the variables of education, father education, mother education, monthly income, social class have an effect on social cohesion. The results showed that social class and social media variables affect social cohesion.
