A note on the General Board of the Administrative Court of Justice Decisions numbers 118 to 120.

The purpose of writing this article is to analyze and evaluate the decision of April 9, 2022 of the General Board of the Administrative Court of Justice regarding the annulment of a condition regarding "written commitment of 10 years of doing service without any condition" mentioned in the manual for the registration of the recruitment exam held by executive bodies.After summarizing the evidence and legal grounds used in the decision of General Board, the aforementioned decision has been analyzed by criticizing evidence on three levels of doctrine, laws and judicial precedents.
