The effect of emotion regulation training on hope, happiness and anger of adolescents in Neka Correctional Center

In the present study, the effect of emotional regulation training on the hope, happiness and anger of adolescents in Neka city has been studied. This research was carried out using a semi-experimental method and 30 individuals participated in this research as a sample, of which 15 were randomly assigned to the control group and 15 others in the experimental group. It should be noted that in this study, sampling was done by simple random method. In this study, the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire, Miller Life expectancy Questionnaire and Novako Anger Questionnaire were used to collect data. After performing pre-test and performing emotional regulation training for the experimental group and performing post-test, the findings show that emotional regulation training has a significant effect on the hope, happiness and anger of adolescents in the Neka city correctional center. It should be noted that the effect of emotion regulation training on hope, happiness and anger of adolescents of Neka Correctional Center (0.793).
