Occupational Damages of Employees of the Police of the Islamic Republic of Iran based on Quran Verses and Narrations
In reducing occupational damages, prevention comes before treatment and can be prevented by eliminating conditions and motivations. With the understanding of this importance, the main goal of the current research is to identify the effective factors in preventing the occupational injuries of the employees of the Iran police command based on verses and narrations.
The current research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative based on thematic analysis. The statistical community includes the Holy Quran, commentaries and authentic narrative books. The sampling method was purposive, and the "thematic analysis" method was used to analyze the data.
Factors effective on the prevention of occupational injuries of employees of the police command of based on the verses of the Holy Quran, including 22 themes under the main themes of warning and tidings, and from the perspective of traditions, including 42 themes under the dimensions of belief, knowledge, behavior and supervision. Self-monitoring and other monitoring.
The identified factors effective in preventing occupational damages of employees from the perspective of the teachings of the Holy Quran and the traditions of the innocents Imams, included a total of 64 cases. These components, due to the inclusion of strong theoretical bases of belief and knowledge of the dimensions of human existence and special attention to the type of mental-psychological injuries of humans and the ways of prevention and treatment, if applied correctly and institutionalized in the organization of individuals, can reduce the occupational injuries of command staff. To lead law enforcement and to be the pioneer of the organization in facing the challenges and problems of the leading mission in this field.
