Survey the Effect of Social Capital and Cultural Capital on Fulfilling the Goals of Resistance Economy with Emphasis on the Responsibility of Managers of Knowledge-Based Companies Located in Mazandaran Science and Technology Park

In this study, the role of social capital and cultural capital on achieving the goals of the resistance economy was emphasized by emphasizing the role of responsibility of managers of knowledge-based companies located in Mazandaran Science and Technology Park. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of how data collection is survey and correlational. The statistical population of the present study includes all managers and employees of knowledge-based companies of 120 people. The sample size was estimated using Cochran's formula of 92 people and the sampling method is simple random. Questionnaire which were validated by Divergent validity and convergent validity were used and for its reliability Cronbach's alpha and combined reliability coefficient were used, so that the alpha reliability coefficient for the questionnaires of cultural capital, social capital, goals of resistance economics and accountability were equal to 0.91, 0.89, respectively. , 0.84 and 0.79 were obtained. To analyze the data, SPSS25 software was used, in which descriptive statistics and structural equations with SmartPLS software were used to determine the relationship between variables. The results showed that social capital and cultural capital separately have a positive and significant effect on achieving the goals of the resistance economy and the responsibility of managers; Also, the positive and significant effect of managers' responsibility on achieving the goals of the resistance economy was confirmed. Finally, the responsibility of managers of relations between social capital and cultural capital plays a mediating role by achieving the goals of the resistance economy of knowledge-based companies located in Mazandaran Science and Technology Park.
