One of the most important requirements is to address the physical issues of residential structures in cities, to explain the concept of resilience and, consequently, to strengthen these structures in the face of possible accidents and hazards. Among these, according to the concept of resilience, which depends on the amount of destruction and damage that a system is able to absorb and tolerate, as well as the ability to self- rganize in different situations and the ability of the system to create and increase learning capacity and strengthen adaptation to conditions. Therefore, in this study, we seek to investigate the physical, environmental and institutional situation of Islamshahr in relation to the situation of resilience and possible earthquake hazards, in order to improve The city has taken steps to reduce resilience and reduce potential risks. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in nature. The method of data collection is library and field study. In order to analyze the data, Pearson and Spearman correlation tests as well as factor analysis have been used. It is direct and how they function and their status plays an essential role in reducing and intensifying accidents.
