Abstract:
In the Nasserite era, during the border tensions between Iran and the Ottomans, the Ardalans were more motivated to use their military and economic capabilities to support Iran in order to maintain their territory and the continuity of their rule. Relative influence in Kurdistan had no other choice. The results of this study show that Iran-Ottoman relations have always been accompanied by war and peace, most of which were related to border issues. After the end of the Crimean War, a commission of representatives of the Iranian and Ottoman governments was formed in Istanbul Haj Mirza Mohsen Khan Mushir al-Dawla and Mirza Mohabeli Khan were the Nazim al-Mulk. Before the start of the quadripartite talks to resolve the differences between the two governments in the border areas, there was a serious alarm for Iran and even the representatives of the intermediary governments. Because it showed that the Ottoman side, unlike the Iranian government, which had sincerely stepped forward for dialogue, was seeking to use force to gain concessions, rather than seeking dialogue to resolve disputes. The thick occupation of Istanbul was designed for specific purposes and was carried out by Darwish Pasha.
