The Effect of Safety Leadership and Ethical Leadership on Safety Behavior and Safety Performance with the Mediating Role of Safety Atmosphere(Case study: Tehran Municipality Cultural and Artistic Organization)
The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of safety leadership and ethical leadership on safety behavior and safety performance with the mediating role of safety atmosphere (Case study: Cultural and Artistic Organization of Tehran Municipality). The statistical population of this study was the staff of Tehran Municipality Cultural and Artistic Organization with 1632 people, which was used for simple sampling method and simple random sampling method and the number of samples in this study according to Cochran's formula was 311 people. This research is descriptive-survey type and is applied in terms of purpose. In addition, in this study, a standard questionnaire with 78 items was used to measure the variables. In this research, information analysis is presented in two sections: descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. In the descriptive statistics section, the sociological information related to the research sample is expressed and in the inferential statistics section, due to the abnormal distribution of data, Structural equation analysis (SCM) and confirmatory factor analysis using SPSS and PLS software were used to analyze the statistical data. The results of testing the research hypotheses show that the safety leadership of senior managers has a positive effect on safety behavior. Safety leadership of senior managers has a positive effect on safety performance. Ethical leadership of senior managers has a positive effect on safety behavior. Safety leadership of senior managers has a positive effect on safety behavior due to the mediating role of safety atmosphere. Safety leadership of senior managers has a positive effect on safety performance due to the mediating role of safety atmosphere. Ethical leadership of senior managers has a positive effect on safety behavior due to the mediating role of safety atmosphere. Ethical leadership of senior managers has a positive effect on safety performance due to the mediating role of safety atmosphere. But the ethical leadership of senior executives has a negative impact on safety performance.
