Investigating the factors affecting the change of social values governing the families of Arak city since the Islamic revolution of 1357 until now
The article studies and explaining the sociological status of social values governing Arak families and also changes trend since Islamic Revolution 1979 till now. The theoretical framework’s been compiled based on inspired theories of Inglehart, Berger, Luckmann, and McLuhan. The research was implemented by a multiple method (survey, documentary and Delphi) with a questionnaire technique and the study statistical population included all families living in Arak in 2019. The sample size based on Cochran's formula was 440 families selected by multi-stage cluster sampling and random sampling. Data processing was done using SPSS and Smart PLS software. The results of T-test indicate a significant difference in the mean scores of social values studied among families in the 60s and 90s in the level of value differences. The results of structural equations analysis show that the total effect of economic and social status variables was -0.761, the media consumption rate was -0.54, geographical mobility was -0.247, and the multiplicity of socialization resources was -0.151.
