Identify the factors influencing the acquisition of seats in the International Military Sports Council (CISM)
The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing the acquisition of seats in the International Military Sports Council (CISM). The research method is of mixed type and from the objective, it is applicable research. The statistical population of the study included all experts of International Relations of Sport, experts of Military Sports, Heroes of CISM and sport Managers of the military organizations of the country. In the qualitative part of the research, sampling was done by snowball method and interviewing the experts continued until theoretical saturation. In the quantitative section, according to Morgan table, 385 people of Heroes of CISM and sport Managers of the military organizations of the country were selected by random sampling. The research tool consisted of semi-structured interview and researcher-made questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods by SPSS V23 statistical packages. Based on the findings of exploratory factor analysis and one-sample t-test, 9 factors contains managerial, communication, professionalism, socio-cultural, political, equipment and technology, human resources, economic and marketing and development of sports facilities as effective factors on the acquisition of seats in the CISM was identified and all had a significant role in the acquisition of seats in the CISM.
