Cultural commonalities between different nations have always existed, and one of them is between Iran and Germany. New Year's Eve ceremony in Germany, whose customs are similar to the last Wednesday night of the year in Iran. The most common part of these two nights in the two countries is fireworks and the use of incendiary substances, which sometimes cause injuries.This article examines the aspects of this issue and how to manage the police of the two countries. A comparison of these two ceremonies is made and the statistics of the two countries are expressed in this regard.The effective factors of expression and then the measures taken in these ceremonies have been examined and according to the successful results in recent years, conclusions have been made and suggestions have been made. Based on the studies, it can be said; The general result in this case is that in the first place, the correct culture and in the second place, the production and distribution of incendiary materials based on standard principles, giving the necessary information to students, youth and families and holding these ceremonies in public places. It is very helpful in reducing injuries by monitoring families and observing safety issues.
