Legal Aspects of the Wedding Gifts in the Light of Legal Formalism
The world of law is designed based on logical rules and their order. These rules and regulations justify legal norms. In other words, it causes legal norms to be accepted and implemented by society. The purpose of this study is to investigate the legal aspects of marriage gifts in the light of legal formalism.
This research is of theoretical type and the research method is descriptive-analytical and the method of data collection is library and has been done by referring to documents, books and articles.
The findings of the present study show that there is a certain multiplicity in relation to the nature of marriage gifts from the perspective of logical order. This multiplicity can be sought in the specific principles of these gifts, namely the aspect of benevolence and the aspect of savings and savings. On the other hand, this multiplicity is not acceptable within the framework of the classical order of the legal world.

In order to organize this research, while observing the authenticity of the texts, honesty and fidelity have been observed.
In connection with the multiplicity governing the nature and effects of Shabash, it should be noted that looking at the world of law from the perspective of postmodernism and the complexity of the relations of the subjects of law has caused failure and refraction in the world of law; That is, traditional classifications cannot cover the current complex relationships of legal entities.
