Investigating the Role of Information Technology Infrastructure in the Performance of Knowledge Management in a Military Organization
In the era of knowledge and information explosion, knowledge management and information technology both play a key role in the society. Therefore, it is necessary to be equipped with knowledge and insight and use optimal management to plan, organize and control knowledge and Payment information. The purpose of the study is to identify the factors and infrastructures of information technology that are effective on the performance of knowledge management according to the nature and structure of military organizations and determine how each of them influences. The research is of a quantitative type and is descriptive in terms of practical orientation and in terms of purpose. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, which was used to measure the role of the components using structural equations and PLS (partial least squares) software. The statistical population of the research is 137 people specialized in information technology and knowledge management in IRI army officer universities, and the sample size is estimated to be 98 people using Cochran's formula. As a result of the research, of the four identified components of hardware, software, network and brainware (human factors), the component that had the highest priority in military organizations was brainware, and software and network were ranked next, but the impact of hardware in the military organization in question Not approved.
