A Re-Search in the Reasons of the Validity of the Mo'tat (Sale by Conduct) from the viewpoint of Imam Khomeini

However, some jurists, including Imam Khomeini, consider the concessions to be valid and necessary, and have cited arguments to prove their claim, and reject the theory of those who do not consider the sale of conces sions necess ary and correct.
