Strategic analysis of physical education and sports of the police of the Islamic Republic of Iran

The impact of physical education and sports on the combat capability of the police force is clear and this area requires careful planning. The purpose of this study was to compile a strategic document on physical education and sports of the police force of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The research method is descriptive-analytical survey. The statistical population of the study includes managers of NAJA General Directorate of Physical Education, managers of physical education of provinces and independent units, experts and experts, staff experts of NAJA General Directorate of Physical Education, provincial physical education experts, physical education experts of NAJA independent units And the coaches, referees, and professional athletes working in the NAJA were selected in both the men's and women's divisions. In this study, the available sampling method was used. Data collection tools included interviews and open and closed questionnaires.

The results showed that according to the internal and external matrices, the strategic position (IE) of physical education and sports of the police force in the SO offensive zone. Using SWOT analysis matrix, 7 SO strategies, 3 ST strategies, 3 WO strategies and 4 WT strategies, a total of 17 strategies were identified. The General Directorate of Physical Education of NAJA needs to put the developed program as its headline and work plan and operate to the lowest levels of sports in NAJA to determine the duties of each department.
