crime prevention in Iran has a wider level compared to other countries due to the large number of examples of crime. This issue becomes more important in the case of crimes against citizens' rights when the perpetrators are Faraja employees (general justice officers) who are themselves criminal justice activists. This research seeks to answer two questions and provide suitable solutions to solve them.
The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and analytical in terms of nature and method. The method of collecting information was library (documents).
Several factors including the approach and behavior and viewpoint of managers and commanders, weak training, incorrect selection and recruitment process, organizational culture, hierarchical pressures for quick crime detection, pressures due to the difficulty of work, professional and scientific weakness for crime detection, The inappropriateness of the amount of manpower, the expectation of the people to identify the criminals and the detection of the crime, the expectations of the judicial and executive authorities of the country for the quick detection of the crime and the arrest of the criminals, the ignorance of the people regarding their rights, the inappropriate performance of the media, etc. in the violation of civil rights by the employees FARAJA plays a role.
The solutions presented in community-oriented prevention, including holding continuous and permanent training courses during service for Faraja employees, are aimed at making the process healthy. Their socialization and situation-oriented measures, including the technical amendment of criminal laws and care measures, seek to remove opportunities and criminal situations in order to minimize the amount of crimes against citizenship rights and human dignity.
