This research is aimed to design a self-sustaining pattern in preventing the spying of police personnel in the province. Therefore, the importance, position and mission of the police are not hidden to protect the protection of the lives and property of the people. Therefore, by institutionalizing the culture of self-restraint in the staff, each individual has a full-blown controller and power within himself, so that he It is constantly guided to do the right thing and in this way it prevents the involvement of employees in spyware trapping. This research, using elites and research in this field, identifies 8 components for the pattern Self-defense in the prevention of espionage of the matrix staff (questionnaire) was prepared and distributed, which was examined by the method of interpretive structure and its output implies the design of the model at three levels for; First level: awareness of the consequences of espionage, awareness of spyware, belief and Faith in the goals of the organization's heart and awareness of the rules and spying crimes; the second level: the power of not saying and self-confidence; the third level: the administrative health, the ethical orientation and belief in the values of the Islamic Republic of Iran. After drawing the model, the employees were compared to extracting the permeability table (impulsivity) of the employees, and in line with the present research, the priorities for self-protection of the employees were: administrative health, oratory ethics, belief in the values of the Islamic Republic of Iran, awareness of the consequences of the espionage, Awareness of spyware, awareness of laws and spying crimes, power of not telling and self-confidence, and belief and belief in the heart's goals of the organization;
