Various factors can be the origin and increase of the black rate of delinquency, such as the factors related to the individual, which includes the physical and psychological factors of the individual, as well as the factors related to the society, which are so-called in this article under We will use the title of social factors. Social factors have a significant impact not only on the black crime rate, but also on the emergence of the delinquency phenomenon in general, so that many criminologists in recent decades are trying to identify and control the social factors that are effective in the emergence and increase of the criminal phenomenon.
