The Rulings and Effects of Permission in the Legal System of Iran and France

Permission and its legal effects play an important role in the legal and social relations of individuals and make possession and possession without permission is prohibited and illegitimate, and also exceeding the limits of permission is not allowed and guarantees legal implementation.
