Abstract:
In this article, the legal resources and principles governing employment regulations in entering the service in the light of good governance are reviewed. The article is descriptive-analytical and has studied the mentioned subject using the library method. From the set of topics mentioned, we can reach the indicators and principles that the theory of good governance has emphasized. These principles serve as a measure of the legitimacy of the actions and decisions of public officials and the implementation of good governance. In general, it guarantees the efficiency of administrative decisions and actions, as well as the protection of the public interest, both in the decision-making and action stages, and facilitates judicial oversight. The theory of good governance can prevent the exercise of taste and corruption in administrative decisions and actions by providing a model and act as a tool in the hands of citizens and in order to protect their rights. In Iran, despite the key role of administrative law in achieving individual and social goals, there is a lack of independent employment law in the field of public law, and the rules and principles of employment can be identified in multiple laws in a scattered, incoherent and heterogeneous manner. Lack of comprehensiveness, lack of coherence and dispersion of employment laws and regulations in Iran is one of the obstacles to the development of the right to good governance. The administrative system and, consequently, the legal system of employment in Iran has seen many ups and downs.
