Designing and compiling the strategic plan of the Board of Rural Sports and Local Indigenous Games of Khorasan Razavi Province and presenting development strategies

The purpose of this study was to design and formulate a strategic plan of the Board of Rural Sports and Local Indigenous Games of KhorasanRazavi Province and to provide development strategies.The present study was a strategic study that is applied in terms of purpose,in terms of survey strategy and in terms of collecting field information.The statistical population of this study consisted of all members of the Board of Rural Sports and Indigenous and Local Games of KhorasanRazavi Province and the cities of this province.17 people were selected as the research sample.Library studies and interviews were the main tools of data collection in the present study.After the indicators were approved and their importance was obtained,the strengths and weaknesses were included in the IEF matrix and opportunities and threats were included in the EFE matrix. Based on the results of this matrix, the strategic position of the Rural Sports and Indigenous Games Board of KhorasanRazavi Province was placed in a conservative or WTposition.Considering the position of rural sports board and indigenous and local games in KhorasanRazavi province in a conservative position, strategies related to this position were developed, the purpose of which is to reduce and minimize the weaknesses and vulnerable aspects of the organization and maximize Are opportunities, situations and demands;Therefore, the organization must be able to address its weaknesses and vulnerabilities within the organization and use the benefits of the external environment such as new technology,facilities improvement and repair of existing technology or highly skilled personnel to solve its problems.
