Study of the role of individual-social characteristics of individuals in predicting emotional divorce (Case study of married women in Tonekabon)
The purpose of this study is to determine the role of each of the individual characteristics of individuals in predicting emotional divorce in Tonekabon. This descriptive-correlational study was conducted among all married women in Tonekabon. The sample size was selected based on Cochran's formula equal to 386 people by quota sampling method. To collect data, Mohammadi and Jokar emotional divorce questionnaire with 36 questions and 11 other researcher-made questions in the form of 5-point Likert scale and 8 questions related to individual and social characteristics of individuals were used. The results show that age, duration of marriage, living area with emotional divorce at a significant level of 0.05 and with 0.95% confidence has a significant positive relationship and job position, and education level with emotional divorce at a significant level There was a significant positive relationship with 0.05 and 0.95% confidence and no significant relationship was observed between the number of children, income and economic and social status with emotional divorce at the significant level of 0.05 and with 0.95% confidence. Also, there is a significant difference between urban and rural residents in terms of the rate of emotional divorce.
