Designing a model of a professional organization in the National Oil Company of the Islamic Republic of Iran
The purpose of this study was to design a model of a professional organization in the National Oil Company of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This research in terms of applied purpose and data qualitatively with the data method and based on purposeful sampling by conducting in-depth interviews with 23 experts, data collection and simultaneously with data collection in three stages of open, axial and coding Selectively analyzed. The findings showed that the model of professional organization in the National Iranian Oil Company has 19 main categories and 66 sub-categories. Also based on the findings, the strategies include the creation and development of management information system, development of meritocracy system in oil management, development of performance appraisal system, human resource empowerment and equitable payroll system. It can be said that consolidating meritocracy and meritocracy and developing the education system will facilitate organizational professionalism in the National Oil Company.
