Abstract:

Historically, the design and formulation of the theory of political sovereignty of the Velayat-e- faqih is one of the most important and influential intellectual and jurisprudential achievements of Shiite fundamentalist scholars in the Qajar period. The purpose of this study is to provide an analysis of the theory of political sovereignty of the Velayat-e- faqih in the jurisprudential thought of Mullah Ahmad Naraqi. This research uses a descriptive-analytical method to address the fundamental question of how the theory of political sovereignty of the Velayat-e- faqih has been explained and theorized by Mullah Ahmad Naraghi in the book "Revenues of the Days".
