Modernizing the educational system of schools and teachers and its manifestation in the negotiations and approvals of the First Constitutional Assembly

This article aims to analyze the issue of modernizing the educational system based on the laws approved by the First Islamic Council during the constitutional period. To answer the question, based on which challenges, demands and problems did the representatives of the first parliament formulate the laws and guidelines And review the laws and negotiations of the representatives of the first parliament in relation to the expansion of public education and the strengthening of the country's schools and the change of the old educational structures. Surveys show that some parliamentarians were trying to prepare the ground for local modernization in accordance with the country's requirements by taking ideas from western educational reforms. This article tries to explain the effect of the parliament on the establishment of new education in Iran by analyzing the debates of the parliament and review the laws and negotiations of the first parliament representatives regarding the expansion of public education and the strengthening of the country's schools and the change of the old educational structures.
