In this article, an attempt has been made to examine the important applications of image processing. Also, due to the importance of the subject, this article examines the achievements and challenges of image processing. The application of image processing in each of the fields discussed in the article is very wide. The importance of image processing has multiplied in recent years and is predicted to become more important in the next years. It is predicted that image processing will change the relationship between humans and computers in a surprising way.
