The effect of employee empowerment on knowledge management among employees of Babol municipality
The purpose of this study is to investigate the The effect of employee empowerment on knowledge management among employees of Babol municipality. This research was a field study and Kamkari and Karimnejad (2011) empowerment questionnaire and Kamkari and Shokrzadeh (2010) knowledge management questionnaire were used in the field. The statistical population of the present study consists of all employees of Babol municipality (154 people) who are active. In order to statistically analyze the multivariate regression test, SPSS22 statistical software was used. Findings showed that there was a significant positive relationship between "empowerment" with knowledge management subsets such as "knowledge creation" (Sig = 0.039), "knowledge validation" (Sig=0.026), and "knowledge presentation". (Sig=0.004), with "knowledge distribution" (Sig=0.002), with "knowledge application" (Sig=0.005), and finally a significant positive relationship between "empowerment" and "knowledge management", observation (Sig=0.045 and α<0.05). According to the results, it can be said that with the increase of "empowerment", "knowledge management" also increases in employees and with its decrease, "knowledge management" also decreases.
