The Role of Personality Characteristics and Organizational Health in the Succession Process in Fars Province Youth and Sports Administration
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between personality traits and organizational health in the surrogacy process in Fars Province Youth and Sports Administration. The purpose of this research is applied research and is a descriptive correlational one in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this study includes all employees of Fars Province Youth and Sport Bureau according to the recruitment statistics of 150 general offices. To determine the sample size, 108 individuals were selected using Morgan table based on random sampling method. Data collection tools included three questionnaires of personality characteristics of McKerry and Costa, organizational health of Hui and Feldman, and horn breeding successor. Descriptive and inferential levels were evaluated to analyze the collected data. At the descriptive level, mean and standard deviation, and at the inferential level, Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis were used. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between personality traits and organizational health with surrogacy. There is a significant relationship between dimensions of organizational health and surrogacy. Personality is the predictive ability of surrogacy.
