Designing the ethical behavior model of employees based on spiritual experiences with the mediation of perceived justice

The emergence of ethical behavior is affected by the correct formulation of moral values ​​and it will have its proper function when the factors affecting it and the relationships between them are carefully identified. Therefore, this research has investigated these relationships with the aim of formulating a model of ethical behavior of employees based on spiritual experiences and the mediation of perceived justice variable. The research is quantitative in terms of approach, in terms of applied purpose, in terms of descriptive-correlational nature, and in terms of data collection, it is survey type. The statistical population is all the employees of Payam Noor University of West Azarbaijan Province (N = 275) and due to the limited statistical population, sampling was done as a total number. Data analysis was done using SPSS and SMART PLS software. The findings of the research showed that the variable of spiritual experiences has a positive and significant relationship with moral behavior in Payam Noor University of West Azerbaijan province, and the variable of perceived justice also mediates the relationship between them. Also, among the three components of universal mysticism, personal mysticism and religious mysticism, the greatest impact of spiritual experiences on moral behavior is through the component of cosmic mysticism. Based on the results of moral values ​​in Payam Noor University of West Azarbaijan Province, it is under the direct influence of spiritual experiences and the indirect influence of perceived justice.
