Survey of Bureauphobia attitude in Qom health centers

Abstract:
Background and Objectives

Research in public administration seeks to achieve more citizens' trust by providing better services. Despite the generality of this view, Bureauphobia as a new attitude in the field of behavior, Questioned these researches. Addressing the Bureauphobia in Health centers as the main factor of cost growth in the country's health sector, in addition to promoting community health and increasing government trust, will help create a theoretical literature in this field.

Methods

The methodology used in this research is quantitative. A questionnaire was used to collect data and Logistic regression was used to analyze it.

Results

26% of clients had Bureauphobia attitude. Age and gender are directly and significantly related to Bureauphobia. Public employment and migration are inversely related to Bureauphobia. There is no significant relationship between education and Bureauphobia.

Conclusion

The results showed that increasing age has increased Bureauphobia among clients of health centers. Bureauphobia is more prevalent among male clients than female clients. Public sector employees had less Bureauphobia than public health personnel. Clients of citizens other countries (Afghanistan, Iraq and Pakistan) had less Bureauphobia than public health personnel. There is no relationship between education level and Bureauphobia.
