Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial mindset with emphasis on the mediation of entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive survey in terms of nature and method. The statistical population of this research includes the number of 1267 trainees of the Technical and Vocational Education Department of Kermanshah province. Using Cochran's formula, 295 people were selected as samples for the first half of 1401. The data collection tool was a questionnaire that had good validity and reliability. The results of the hypotheses indicated that entrepreneurship education has a moderate, direct and significant effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and a moderate and weak, direct and indirect, and effect on entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial mentality. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a strong effect on entrepreneurial attitude. direct and medium, direct and indirect and significant effect on entrepreneurial mentality and also entrepreneurial attitude on entrepreneurial mentality medium, direct and significant effect Finally, the effectiveness of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial motivation can play a mediating role. With the design model, it can be expected that technical and vocational education can increase the level of entrepreneurship education in order to increase the entrepreneurial mindset of its apprentices, and if it wants to have a greater impact on the entrepreneurial mindset, it should be able to focus on the variables of entrepreneurial attitude and self-efficacy. Entrepreneurs who play the role of mediating variables should be given a lot of attention.
