Improving the factors of military leadership, training and morale of the independent armored brigades of Nezaja in dealing with extra-regional forces

At the operational and tactical level, the combat power of a military unit is the result of the effective combination and integration of physical elements with non-physical elements and factors that make the unit superior, along with the planning and how to use these elements in the operational environment, in line with the assigned mission. . The non-physical factors of combat power include: correct organization, the influence of military leadership, discipline, training, morale, cultural characteristics (customs), partiality, motivation, faith, resistance and courage that have been acquired in the long term. The purpose of this research is to improve the military leadership factors, training and morale of the employees of the independent armored brigades of Nezaja, in dealing with extra-regional forces, and the present research seeks to answer the question that: the improvement of the factors of military leadership, training and morale of the employees of the independent armored brigades of Nezaja, How should it be in dealing with extra-regional forces? In this research, in order to collect information, tools such as interviews, questionnaires, and studying documents have been used. The type of applied research is descriptive research method and mixed research approach. The results of the research showed that out of the 86 people studied, 94.2% of the sample population believe that improving the military training of commanders, improving the training of employees and improving the morale of employees can have the greatest effect on increasing the combat power of the independent armored brigades of Nazaja to deal with the forces to have a trans-region.
