Special functions of Vali Faqih in giving meaning to dynamic Intizar(A new attitude to Intizar in the performance and statements of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution)

Constructive and dynamic Intizar or Waiting in the age of occultation obliges all Muslims to perform duties contrasting with a trend that interprets expectation as static and stagnation issue. One of the Twelver Shia beliefs is that during the occultation of the Infallible Imam, the Mujtahid Jame al-Shari'at (Comprehensive conditions) will be the general surrogate of the Imam, which is called the "Vali-efaqih" or "guardian of jurisprudence". The Vali-faqih also takes responsibilities on that are proportional to his position and attributes. The performance of the Vali-efaqih can be studied in different ways; such as religious, political, cultural, individual, social aspects. This research seeks to recognize the special function of Vali eFaqih in giving meaning to dynamic Intizar. The findings of the research show that the Vali-efaqih, in creating and maintaining the Islamic system, creating staff for the Mahdavi world government, maintaining the Muslim unity and spreading the Mahdavi doctrine at the international level, performs actions that others do not have the conditions and ability to do.In this research has been used library method in collecting materials and descriptive and analytical method in data processing.
