The study and comparing of Arcasidean and Sassanian urbanism in political, social and cultural elements

In discussion of comparing Arcasidean and Sassanian urbanism, considering to several key items are important. Beside of the lack of sources and required document in studying Arcasidean social, political and cultural performance in domain of urbanism and architecture, the type of political management in Parthian and Sassanian emperor had different nature. This item is important in considering to cities development and their reconstruction. The transition of the structures of chess towns- which was established before Arcasidean dominance in Iran Plateau- and converting it to circular towns was the result of this viewpoint which its goal was establish defensive protective belt to more protection. Moreover, one of the remarkable items in this study is applying building materials which were brought to ecological areas in Arcasidean architecture which were used to construct majestic palaces and important fire temple in Sassanian period which has its root in Sassanian religious emperor structure. By means of analytical sociology approach, this research pursues to compare Arcasidean and Sassanian urbanism and study their political, social and cultural performance, in respect of aim, it consist of theoretical researches and in regard of method and nature, it consist of historical researches which is organized by analytical descriptive method.
