The role of emotional fatigue caused by virtual teaching and job stress in predicting job burnout of young and middle-aged teachers
The present study was conducted under the title of the role of emotional fatigue caused by virtual teaching and job stress in predicting burnout of young and middle-aged teachers in the academic year 2021-2022in Khoy city. The research is descriptive and correlational. The study population was primary school teachers in Khoy city, whose number was 1378 people. According to Morgan table, the number of sample people was 300 and the sampling method was stratified. To conduct this research, questionnaires: Emotional fatigue Chen et al. (2019), the Job Stress Questionnaire (HSE) and the Mass Burnout Questionnaire were used. The data obtained from the study were analyzed using SPSS software. The analysis of the results showed that the research hypotheses were confirmed and fatigue Predictability of virtual teaching with (R = 0.58) at a significant level (p <0.01) predicted burnout. Significantly (p <0.01) predicted burnout in teachers. Between job stress and emotional fatigue caused by virtual teaching among young teachers and middle teachers There was also a difference in the year. Therefore, all research hypotheses were confirmed.
