A Comparative Comparison of Management and Leadership in the Uprising of Sharik Ibn Shaykh Al-Mehri and Yahya Ibn Abdullah Hassani and Its Influential Components

With the transfer of the caliphate from the Umayyads to the Abbasids, the Alawites, who had failed in their aspirations and whose political pressures and the oppression of the new rulers had disappointed them in achieving justice, soon revolted to restore their lost rights. However, they pursued the same goals and motives in all the uprisings; But the methods of managing and leading the uprising were different. The purpose of this study is to use library resources and in a descriptive and analytical way to compare the management and leadership of two Shiite movements, namely Sharik bin Sheikh Al-Mehri and Yahya bin Abdullah Hassani, and to answer the basic question that these movements from What are the differences between the types of management and leadership in the uprising and which of the components have been effective in the strength or weakness of the leadership of the uprising leaders? The findings show that the personality traits and unique strategies and approaches of Ibn Sheikh's partner were among the factors that strengthened his uprising, while Yahya's relatively weak and inappropriate traits and approaches weakened his leadership power in the uprising.
