Abstract:
Inspection of goods is one of the issues in international law. Inspection is considered necessary in that the buyer, if he wants to claim that the goods do not comply with the contract, must inspect the goods and if the goods do not comply with the contract or are the subject of a right or claim of a third party, send a notice of non-compliance. Comply with the normal deadline. The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics and effects of inspection documents in international law and documents. The only international document that mentions the inspection of goods is the Convention on International Sale of Goods (CISG). Examining Articles 35 to 37 of the Convention on the International Sale of Goods and studying the views expressed in this regard, along with a review of some of the rulings of international courts and tribunals, shows that the issue of material and physical compliance of goods is of particular importance. Legal doctrine has provided accurate and different analyzes in this regard.
