Explaining the Relationship between Job Descriptions and Employees' Competencies Based on Positive and Negative Criteria Based on Nahjul Balagha and Presenting the Optimal Model (Case Study: Drug Distribution Companies)

Abstract:

The aim of this study was to explain the relationship between job descriptions and employee competencies based on positive and negative criteria based on Nahjul Balagha and to present a desirable model. In terms of the purpose of applied-developmental research and in terms of method, a descriptive research is of the correlation type. Samples have been selected. The data collection tool has made four researcher-made questionnaires, which include an 80-item questionnaire describing job descriptions with a validity of 0.84, a reliability of 0.967, a 98-item questionnaire on employee competencies with a validity of 0.86 and a reliability of 0.953, a 97-item questionnaire. We have positive staff competencies with a validity of 0.87 and a reliability of 0.949 and a 75-item questionnaire of negative staff competencies with a validity of 0.85 and a reliability of 0.948. One-sample t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling using SPSS and AMOS22 software were used to analyze the data. There is a positive and significant relationship between job descriptions of physical abilities, mental abilities, social skills and mental and psychological abilities with the competencies of the employees of pharmaceutical companies. There is a positive and significant relationship between positive criteria and employee competencies in pharmaceutical companies. There is a positive and significant relationship between negative criteria and the competencies of the employees of pharmaceutical companies.
