A study on the role of social developments in the principles of inference

Hillah School of Jurisprudence is the school of jurisprudence of Shiite scholars from the sixth to the late eighth century in the city of Hillah(ancient Babylon) in Iraq.In the present descriptive-analytical method and the use of library resources, the factors affecting the growth and development of the Hillah school of jurisprudence were investigated. Studies have shown that what led to the formation of the Hillah school of jurisprudence came about through the critical activities of Ibn Idris.These jurisprudential developments continued until the end of the Hillah period.Ibn Idris's new views on jurisprudence and the principles of jurisprudence are centered on rationalism, and this is the dominant theological feature at the beginning of the Hillah school of jurisprudence. Factors of flourishing and transformation of Hillah school of jurisprudence are divided into two categories of socio-political factors and scientific activities. For socio-political events, such as the Shiite history of Hillah's friendship and secularism, the political conflict of the Abbasid caliphate with the Mongol sectarian monarchs and later the conflict of emerging governments, the social and commercial position of Hillah,motivational and competitive feedback among religions,especially in Shiite theology. Sunni enumerated the importance and necessity of meeting the needs of civilization and the expediency of Shiite scholars in the face of political events and government positions and affairs. However, in the category of scientific activities, it should be noted that in the development of the seminary of Hillah and before the activities of Ibn Idris, the jurisprudential views of Sheikh Tusi played a role.
