The sample size of 364 people was selected using Cochran's formula by cluster sampling and were assessed by researcher-made questionnaires on cultural capital and sense of social security. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and multivariate regression. The results of Pearson correlation test showed that there is significant relationship between embodied cultural capital, objectified cultural capital and institutionalized cultural capital with a sense of social security. Based on the results of regression analysis, the variables of objectified cultural capital variable with a Beta value of 36% had the greatest effect and the standardized regression effect coefficient had the highest effect on the dependent variable. The value of multiple correlation coefficient with R (0.62), there is a strong statistical correlation between the set of independent variables and the dependent variable. The value of the coefficient of determination or R2, which is equal to 0.38, indicates the explanation of 38% of the changes in the social security sense variable by a set of independent variables.
