Presenting the framework of the human resources planning system with the AHP method and the approach based on decision analysis
The comprehensive solution of organizational resource planning, which is called ERP, is a wide range of activities that lead to the improvement of the organization's performance by creating a regular and accurate database. The ERP system allows all the people of a group to work together in complete harmony despite the geographical dispersion. The comprehensive solution of organization resource planning allows companies and organizations to manage their resources such as materials, human resources, financial resources, etc. in an optimal way. Various definitions are provided for ERP or enterprise resource planning. All of them have a specific concept; in fact, ERP is a kind of technology for resource management. The enterprise resource planning system is a critical investment that can significantly affect the future. This study provides a comprehensive framework for the appropriate choice. In a company or organization, this human resource planning system and this framework systematically carried out the objectives of selecting human resource planning and the scientific example of the method was calculated. Excel software was used and the experts were asked to use a questionnaire in this field for validity. To support the business goals and strategies of a manufacturing company, identify the appropriate features and set a consistent evaluation standard for it. Facilitating group decision making is a real-world example that demonstrates the feasibility of the proposed framework.
