Investigating the fallacy of resorting to force in organizations and how to manage it

A fallacy is an error and confusion in the style of reasoning, based on this definition, the occurrence of fallacies can be considered in the field of inference, in the sense that a person, with or without premises, logically or otherwise, in a valid and or unreliable to conclude truth or falsity. An organization is a group of people working together to achieve a common goal. In other words, organizations are formed to achieve certain goals. People also join an organization to fulfill their goals and while cooperating with the organization, they try to achieve their goals through the organization. The purpose of this research is to investigate the fallacy of resorting to force in organizations. The fallacy of resorting to force occurs when the speaker tries to use coercion, pressure, and even threats to get his point across instead of presenting a valid reason for a result. Avoiding fallacies strengthens one's ability to make strong arguments.
