The Effect of Islamic Spiritual Leadership on Teachers'Spiritual Health with Mediating Roles of Spiritual Capital and Spiritual Intelligence
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Islamic spiritual leadership on teachers' spiritual health with mediating of spiritual capital and spiritual intelligence. The research method is descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of the study was all high school teachers in Khash city (Sistan and Baluchestan province) in the academic year 2021-2022 (N=281). By randomized-stratified sampling (by gender) of 163 teachers through Islamic Spiritual Leadership Questionnaires (Marzooghi, Torkzadeh & Peyravi Nejad, 2015), Spiritual Intelligence (Hildebrant, 2011), Islamic Spiritual Health (Sayeh Miri et al., 2016) And spiritual capital (Golparvar et al., 2015) were studied. Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation model with the help of SPSS and Smart PLS software were used to analyze the data. The findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between Islamic spiritual leadership, spiritual health, spiritual capital and spiritual intelligence and the results of the structural equation model also showed that Islamic spiritual leadership has a direct and indirect effect through the mediation of spiritual capital and spiritual intelligence on teachers' spiritual health. Therefore the application of Islamic spiritual leadership style not only has a direct positive effect on the spiritual health of teachers, but also through the strengthening of spiritual capital and spiritual intelligence, it can have a positive and significant effect on the spiritual health of teachers.
