Identification and analysis of the cultural policy framework to create the transformation of the cultural identity of the youth of Ilam province

One of the main issues that needs to be addressed in all societies is the strengthening of cultural identity. Strengthening the cultural identity strengthens the social solidarity of the society and also increases the social cohesion and social vitality of the society. Another benefit of strengthening cultural identity is the proper socialization of people. This study identified and analyzed the cultural policy to change the cultural identity of the youth of Ilam province. This research is practical in purpose and method, it is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. In the first stage, the qualitative content analysis method (comparison) was used for data collection, where the statistical basis is approximately 80 sources in the field of youth cultural identity, which were purposefully selected. Next, the texts were examined and passages relevant to the research questions were selected. Next, the Delphi technique was used to determine the dimensions, components and indicators of cultural identity change among the youth of Ilam province. This study considered 15 experts and lecturers (full-time and part-time) in the fields of sociology and cultural management in Tehran universities as a statistical sample using a purposeful snowball sampling method to determine the validity of the qualitative phase. At the end of the first stage, the determination of the dimensions of the cultural identity change of the youth of the province of Ilam was presented in the six dimensions of the strengthening of the local (indigenous) identity of the youth, taking into account the religion of the youth. young people, to find out cultural geography, to strengthen the Farsi language of young people, taking into account the cultural memory of young people and taking into account the clothes of young people. The core statistical population of the study is the youth of Ilam province, which is approximately 300,000 people according to the county system. The sample size was estimated to be 380 people based on the Cochran formula, and statistical analysis was performed at two descriptive levels using statistical measures (such as frequency, percentage and mean) and the inferential level of confirmatory factor analysis using Spss 22 and Lisrel 8.54. Significance of obtained coefficients and parameters of dimensions of change of cultural identity of young people in Ilam province, strengthening of local (native) identity of young people, consideration of youth religion, identification of cultural geography., strengthening the cultural geography of young people. Focusing on the Farsi language of young people, the cultural memory of young people and the clothes of young people, it showed that all the obtained coefficients are significant.
