Cultivating the nature of mental health that leads to happiness taken from the Holy Qur'an and the hadiths of Ahl al-Bayt
In the Islamic view, the correct nurture of cognitive, behavioral, and functional abilities leads to mental health, which is the highest blessing of God, and one of its most important results is the eternal happiness of man in life. According to an Islamic perspective, the research aims to explain the relationship between nurture and mental health, leading to happiness. This aim has been deduced from the verses and hadiths of Ahl al-Bayt by the descriptive-analytical method. According to the findings, A. Effective Islamic educational training is related to nature flourishing to improve the personality and provision for mental health in diagnosis, emotional, behavioral, and guiding to perfection and closeness to God. B. Cultivating all-natural abilities with the purpose of education leads to mental health and happiness among humans. C. In Islam, mental health is always linked to spiritual health, so someone without spiritual health within his psyche cannot be considered totally healthy. D. In Islamic teachings, the spiritual and mental health of those who are nurtured by nature is described in cognitive, emotional, and functional terms and in terms of God, human beings, and nature.
