One of the problems that afflicts most cities in the world today is the emergence and formation of the phenomenon of marginalization. The researcher intends to investigate the role of local business development in increasing employment in the suburbs of Saadi town in Shiraz. The type of descriptive research is causal. The field research method and the statistical population include all citizens living in the suburbs of Saadi town during different time periods. The sample size was calculated after the initial studies using the Cochran's formula, which was non-randomly targeted and the cluster sampling method was random. The reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha test is equal to 0.86.
