Examining the civil rights of the child from the perspective of Iranian law and the Convention on the Rights of the Child

Since the examination of children's rights has many dimensions, in this research, the aim is to examine the comparative civil rights of children from the financial aspect. Analyzing the rights of the child, especially in its financial aspect, has always been of great importance. This importance at the macro level prompted international institutions to approve the Convention on the Rights of the Child in order to protect the child and his rights. Iran also joined it in 1372 under the condition that its provisions do not conflict with Sharia standards and Islamic law. The results of the research show that first of all, the child benefits from all financial rights and has the so-called legal capacity, but does not have the capacity to inherit. Secondly, the duties of each of the executors, guardians, and guardians, as well as their limits and powers, have been fully stated.
