A research on examining and criticizing the way of applying intra-organizational supervision in the executive bodies of the Islamic Republic of Iran

One of the important and fundamental duties of management in any organization is supervision and control. Part of this supervision in current and day-to-day affairs is done by the direct manager and supervisor of each department, and part of it is done through supervisory institutions, which are the eyes and ears of the organization and are responsible for detecting and preventing deviations within the organization. According to the elites of these institutions that oversee the activities of individuals, units and the affairs of the respective organizations, the cooperation of these departments within the framework of existing legal capacities with external observers who are related to the issue of supervision from judicial aspects, in addition to detecting and dealing with deviations, can create an effective deterrent environment for To cause any deviation and corruption. In this article, which was prepared with descriptive-analytical methods, an attempt was made to examine and criticize the legislative history of the subject and the current state of law enforcement in this field based on the author's personal experiences, and provide an appropriate solution.
